From Facebook to Blog!

Originally this was a Facebook group, but I think a blog will better suit all the information I want to share (and I will no longer piss off anyone by blowing up their newsfeed!). Just like the Facebook group, this blog is intended for posting articles, facts, recipes, exercises, and inspirational photos to educate and remember how important health is! Mainly all information and recipes will support whole-foods, plant-based diets; vegetarian diets; or vegan diets.
