The ingredients vary depending how many servings you would like to make!
  • Wash and then cut potatoes into thick wedges.
  • Par boil for about 7 minutes. Then strain potatoes in strainer and transfer to a mixing bowl (large enough to fit all your potato wedges and allow room enough so you can toss them with herbs an stuff!).
  • Next add melted coconut oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder or minced garlic, paprika, and nutritional yeast. Again these measurements vary deepening on your tastes and how many servings you’re trying to make.
  • Finally spread the wedges out on a pan and cook at 375 degrees for about 45 minutes. I also like to broil them for an additional 5-10 minutes.
  • Enjoy!
